Documentation privacy

This notice applies to docs.healthwiredgames.com. It does not describe data
handling inside a game, a HealthBridge-powered application, a marketplace, the
Healthwired company website, Discord, or another third-party service.
Information processed when you visit
Section titled “Information processed when you visit”The portal is a static documentation site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web-hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process connection and request information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, requested URL, timestamps, traffic-routing data, browser or system information, and security signals. Cloudflare describes its handling of end-user traffic in its privacy policy.
The documentation application does not provide user accounts, comments, uploads, purchases, or contact forms. Its current source does not configure an advertising network, marketing tracker, or analytics service.
Browser storage and search
Section titled “Browser storage and search”The site may store these interface preferences in your browser:
- theme choice in local storage;
- expanded sidebar state in session storage;
- synchronized documentation-tab choices in local storage when a page uses that component.
This information supports site navigation and display preferences. You can remove it with your browser’s site-data controls. The application does not set its own cookies in the current implementation, although Cloudflare may use cookies or similar mechanisms when required for security or delivery features.
Full-text search uses a Pagefind index generated during the site build. Search queries run against that published index in the browser rather than being sent to a Healthwired search account or documentation database.
Health and sensitive data
Section titled “Health and sensitive data”This portal does not ask you to submit health records. Do not put health data, record or route identifiers, credentials, private keys, access tokens, license information, or confidential project material into Discord, public issues, or documentation feedback.
If you contact Healthwired from the separate company website, provide only the minimum information needed for the request. That interaction occurs outside this documentation portal.
Use and disclosure
Section titled “Use and disclosure”Connection information is used to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the portal. The documentation application contains no advertising or data-broker integration. Service providers may process information to operate the site, and information may be preserved or disclosed when required to address abuse, security incidents, or legal obligations.
The portal does not maintain a user-profile or health-record database. Hosting and security logs, when generated, are retained according to the configured service and provider policies rather than a separate documentation account retention schedule.
External links
Section titled “External links”Links to Healthwired Games, Discord, Unity, Epic Games, Apple, Google, Cloudflare, marketplaces, and other external sites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices. Following an external link leaves this portal.
Questions and changes
Section titled “Questions and changes”Use the official Healthwired Games contact page for questions about this notice or a privacy request. Include Documentation privacy in the subject and avoid sending sensitive data in the initial message.
This notice will be updated when the portal adds a form, account, analytics, material new third-party integration, or another data-processing feature. The review date above identifies the version currently published.
